To help maintain the appearance of your jewellery, we recommend:

    Put your jewelry on last when getting ready and remove it first at the end of the day.

    Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, sunscreen, cosmetics, and household cleaning products.

    Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

    Avoid exposing your jewelry to chlorine, bleach, salt water, or harsh chemicals.

    Putting your jewellery on last, after applying perfume, cosmetics or hairspray;

    Removing your jewellery before sleeping;

    Avoiding wearing jewellery during sports or physical activities;

    Avoiding impact with hard surfaces;

    Storing each piece separately to minimise scratches.

Although 18K gold is durable, prolonged exposure to certain substances may affect both the metal and the natural gemstones.

We recommend removing your jewellery before:

    Swimming in chlorinated pools;

    Swimming in the sea;

    Showering or bathing;

    Using household cleaning products;

    Applying perfumes, lotions or cosmetics directly onto the jewellery.

Legal Warranty

All products sold by Glimmering Aura are covered by the mandatory legal guarantee provided under applicable European Union and Belgian consumer protection laws.

This legal guarantee covers defects that existed at the time of delivery or become apparent during the applicable legal warranty period. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care or natural characteristics of gemstones.
